JOSEPH BREALL
Mr. Breall has over 20 years of specialization
in construction defect, employment and complex civil litigation. As a former senior attorney at Bronson,
Bronson, & McKinnon, and currently at his own firm of Breall &
Breall LLP, Mr. Breall has been in charge of overseeing both complex commercial
and real estate and construction litigation, in addition to major
employment discrimination disputes.
Mr. Breall has represented many regional
and national companies, including Varian Associates, American Restaurant
Group, Whitney Cressman, Ltd. Yellow Freight, Cushman &
Wakefield, Armax International, Inc., Fremont
Insurance Company, and Industrial Indemnity Insurance Company, Everest
National Insurance Company, Berkshire Hathaway, and Acacia Pacific Holdings, Inc .

Mr. Breall has tried to juries, over a
hundred complex litigation matters through the State of California in both State and Federal Courts. He has written articles for the San
Francisco Chronicle, the San Francisco Business Times and the San
Francisco Recorder Newspaper regarding a wide range of subjects dealing
with trial work and liabilities issues including, the changing aspects of
litigation and trial tactics in the age of technology. In addition, Mr. Breall has lectured at
Golden Gate University Law School on handling complex litigation. Mr. Breall is a graduate of University
of California Hastings College of the Law.
SOPHIE BREALL
Sophie Breall graduated from Hastings College of the Law in 1989
and was admitted to the Bar in 1990.
She has over 17 years of specialization in Workers’
Compensation Defense and Employment Law.
She has successfully litigated cases through Reconsideration and
up to the California Court of Appeals.
Ms Breall has been a supervising attorney for the City Attorney’s
office in San Francisco as well as a supervising attorney for the Worker’s
Compensation Department at CAN Insurance.
Ms. Breall has and continues to
provide seminars on various changes to the laws in worker’s
compensation as well as seminars to human resource departments on
discrimination in the workplace.
ROBERT B. LEE
Robert Lee
specializes in employment law and civil litigation. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lee
worked in Human Resources at an international technology
corporation. This experience gives
him valuable insight into the needs of businesses juxtaposed against
current laws.
In his legal
career, Mr. Lee has worked at both Federal and State government
organizations, including the Untied States Department of Labor and the
Fair Employment & Housing Commission.
Mr. Lee has provided compliance assistance to firms of all sizes
as employment and employee benefit laws change. Mr. Lee also drafted the first version
of AB 1825, California’s Mandatory Harassment Training Law.
Mr. Lee speaks
Mandarin Chinese and is thus able to help Chinese clients in their native
language. As an associate at
Breall & Breall, Mr. Lee has handled litigation involving employment
discrimination, libel and slander, personal injury, and contract
disputes.
BILL PARRISH
Bill Parrish is
‘of counsel’ to Breall & Breall LLP specializing in
Worker's Compensation as well as Longshore and Harborworkers' Union law, with particular emphasis on
asbestos related cases. He graduated from Hastings College of the Law in
1965. From 1965 to 1974 he practiced with Wausau Insurance Co. as a Trial
Attorney. Following this until 1978 he practiced as a Partner at Mullen
and Fillipi Law Offices. Beginning in 1978 Bill
entered private practice.
